Project Life; Digital Style

I love scrapbooking.  I started scrapbooking over 12 years ago now. These past 2 years, since we moved to Wales I have not had time to scrap as much as I used to and certainly no where near the amount I would like to.  Life sort of took over.

Back in 2012 I started a Project Life album.  I still have about 6 weeks to complete for 2012.  I have around 10/12 weeks of 2013 to complete.  Then there is 2014.  I have only started 2 weeks in the middle of the year. I need to do the journaling and embellish the pages.  Then there is the other 50 weeks to complete.  I want to keep this yearly project going.  I have even included the albums as part of my 50 x 50 bucket list.

I need to catch up on the uncompleted albums whilst staying on top of the 2015 album.  A few months ago Becky Higgins, the lady behind the Project Life concept, had an offer on her digital Project Life app.  I purchased the app, then nothing.  Yesterday, I purchased the ’52’ kit and went and had a play.

I have done the opening cover page and weeks 1 to 4:

It really is easy to use the app.  I made these pages in less than 30 minutes.  Paper scraping can take me that long to unpack supplies, then at least 30 to 45 minutes per page.  Next comes the packing up of supplies as I don’t have a dedicated scrap space.  I used to before we loved to Wales and this did help with my scrapping and I believe this is some of the main reasons why I scrap less now.

I’d like to print these out at 12 x 12 and then add embellishments to the pages.  I’m on the lookout for a reasonably priced photo printing in the UK.
