Crafty Kids January 2015

Hello and welcome to my new linky that I am starting this month. It’s all about our children getting crafty. I love crafting; knitting, crochet, cross stitch, sewing, quilting, scrapbooking, card making. I like doing something creative and having a finishing project to keep, share or gift. Both of my children love crafting especially The Girl. She loves drawing, something I really can’t do despite having an art teacher for a Mother!

This linky is all about our children’s creations. As much as I love to see creations made by little ones I also love seeing older tweens and teens talents shining.

This month us a little different as the first Thursday was New Year’s Day but from February onwards I will blog the Crafty Kids linky and leave it open until the last day of the month for you to link up your child’s craft projects.

It can be a step by step post or a blog showing the finished article. You can link as May projects you have completed that month as you like. All I ask is you tweet you have linked up using hashtag #CraftyKids and give some blog love to other crafters.

Remember this is to show off your kids crafts (under 16s please).  There is also a Facebook group if you would like to join for some kids crafting talk and ideas.

This month My Daughter has been using her new charcoal pencils to sketch Angels. This was her first drawing:

Now over to all you little crafters!

Thank you so much Hannah. Will you be linking up?

My Daughter loves drawing and goes to acoustic led Art retreats. Top 15 young artists in the county. She loves it. Sadly she is missing this weekend as was diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday.
